Jose is worth way more than £35M, especially given that Ancelotti is only viable person who could replace Jose (no guarantee that he would join us).
And considering that Jose is already in the process of creating a team, for us to start from scratch (again), would probably cost in the region of £300M (player purchases).
Add on another £150M to compensate us for not winning anything in Ancelotti's first year (where Jose will probably win the title).
So, AFC would need to pay us at least £450M!
