Didnt he just sign a new contract like a few months ago?
If we can sign him then I think we should. He is a legend for us and he is still a phenomenal footballer and athlete. He could still score a bucket load of goals.
The only way I could see us not being in for him, is if his relationship with Jose is that bad.
He would single handedly win us the league, and at the very least get us out of the group stages in the CL.

I don't think anybody is denying that the report is real, or supposedly serious. But a similar thing happened with Ramos a few summers ago, and Ronaldo himself has been doing this almost every summer I can remember. In a few days, he'll be confirmed as taking a U turn and staying. He's not going anywhere.

To be fair, even if they're 100% certain it's just Ronaldo engineering a new deal, there's no way they wouldn't run the story. It's the biggest they'll have this summer.
