If you use mozilla firefox there is an add on you can get from here

if not there are programs such as Quivic that will do it for you and convert it into avi too.

Can I still use that on Apple Mac computers?

Load up the video in the browser. Then in the address bar, write "kiss" before youtube so it becomes "www.kissyoutube.com/...." then scroll down and click "Download Now" You'll have to save it as a .flv file (viewable with VLC Player), which you can later convert using a suitable video converter.
