...others + and why?

Arnie, for Terminator, Predator and Commando.

Clint Eastwood also, but he was totally different. Different era and different type of film

Jackie Chan, can't beat his mix of comedy and action. And does all his own dangerous stunts. How many stars do their own jumping out of buildings and moving objects?

Probably nobody's done as many action films as John Wayne: from the 1930s to the 1970s.

Unlike other actors especially Far Eastern cinemas where they made half-a-dozen films a year, Wayne's work was of quality and known world-wide.

His films also include probably the greatest western ever made 'The Searchers', though I prefer 'The Man Who Shot Liberty Vallance' myself.

As a screen persona, no action hero had a great an impact as Wayne. Even the likes of Eastwood or Lee could not compare. Between the 1940s to 1960s Wayne was the action hero everybody wanted to watch.

Of course, I'd forgotten about The Duke.

So many films to choose from, but The Searchers is my favourite Western - ''That'll be the day!''
