This is probably crap, but hey ho...

Reports in North London suggest that a fee has already been agreed for Dwight Yorke to make a switch to Tottenham Hotspur.

Yorke has been frozen out at Old Trafford this season, and a switch to team up with former assistant manager Steve McClaren fell through earlier this season.

The fee is allegedly £7million, with Yorke's agent due to meet representatives of the North London club later this week to thrash out a deal.

Yorke could well be a Spurs striker within a fortnight.

It is a well known fact that Rebrov is likely to be on his way this summer, Hoddle has said he is ready to let him go.

It could be true, Rebrov wants to leave and with Yorke not getting regular football he may be on his way.

I wonder if they'd swap Teddy for him ;) </strong><hr></blockquote>

Iverson is shock horror out for the season which leaves Spurs with two crumblies and a reject for strikers, a Yorke swoop is feasible.

Isn't Carr injured long term?

he should be back within a few weeks, maybe he wouldnt pass a medical at the minute.
He'd probably be up for a move now aswell with the world cup coming up, id love to see Carr and O'Shea in our defence soon. :D

this seems like bollox

but if its not then it could be a bad move !

sell pornstar come the summer YES

but sell him now NO

a) he is registerd in europe for us, pointless to throw is place away!

b) thought of injuries ? RUDD and OLE looked tired on sun (not surprisingly) and Forlan hasn't really found his feet. lets just hang on for a bit longer .... just in case

he made us wait no we will make him wait !!!

we have Ruud, Ole plus Forlan who is an adequate replacement otherwise Fergie wouldnt have signed him
we also have Giggs, Veron and Scholes who can be pushed up.

Id say if hes to be sold sell him asap and his recent non appearences seem to suggest its the door for him. If not ge him back asap.

I just think that we should keep hold of him til the end of the season JUST in case somthing went wrong - so what if spurs have put in a fecking 7mil offer or whatever they can feck off - Yorke can ROT a little longer in the very very off chance he is called apon then he can go - good just writing about him makes me feckin mad

I second that. Yorke is total waste of space. I'll rather Barthez play as striker than see this lazy donkey strutting around with a fecking smile that clearly shows that he is taking us for a ride. To think though all these years Ole has been warming the bench, his loyalty to the red shirt never diminished. What a guy!

And then there is this moron who thinks he has god given right to play every game. Sell the fecker asap I say. He is using up our other players' precious oxygen in the dressing room.
