I ABSOLUTELY detest it when people waste time celebrating their goals!?

I mean it could not get any more annoying. I'm here to play football and want to maximize my time PLAYING, not watching some silly idiot do a cringe worthy robot celebration after running around the pitch. That's 50 seconds of my life I'll never get back...


If I don't celebrate after scoring last minute winners from a volley outside the area, why the feck do you think you should celebrate some daft equalising goal? Gets on my nerves. So if you're one of those people who celebrates online, FFS STOP! It's really pathetic.. You're as annoying as those people who quit after going 3-0 down!

Just thought I'd get that off my chest.
 
I see the robot celebration as a way of the person saying 'I am shit hot'.

So it only bothers me if I think they are being cocky for no reason, or if they've been outplayed and get an undeserved equalizer. It's like, why are you celebrating like you are the shit? You've been playing like a turd.

I always, always always celebrate with Rooney style arms followed by a Nani flip.

Whats the point in putting it in the game if your not going to use it. The fact it winds up the other person is often obvious, as they then play shit through frustration after being forced to watch you glide through the air like that there Will Ferrel in Blades of Glory with your celebration.
 
exactly imagine if celebrations werent in football period because it was seen as a slap in the face to the opposition

I mean thats bullshit just fecking flick them analogs all over the place scorings great ya gotta let out your joy

A guy once went 2-0 up against me with about 5 minutes to go and did this big long celebration involving arm spinning and blowing kisses to the crowd ended by a robot celebration. Naturally I pulled it back to 2-2 and when I went 3-2 up in Extra Time, and I did the robot, it felt very good. He quit when I was absolutely roasting him about 5-2 by Half Time.
 
It's not about winding the other person up though. I personally don't give a feck about winding the other player up.

When I score, that's enough to get them wound up anyways. All I want to do is get back playing and score YET another rather than waste time celebrating!!
As soon as I score, my thoughts are "C'mon, let's have another one"
 
I celebrate specifically to wind people up then they attack right off the bat and i end up celebrating again
 
The one great celebration is the cupping of the ear or the shhh.

When playing cocky players and they take the piss when they score or whatever, and you score a last minute winner or something. I follow it with a cupping of the ear as if to say, can't hear you now feck face :D
 
I know where this is coming from, but only because it's so annoying, I use it on others, especially the "shhhh!!" one and running around in circles doing the aeroplane :d

This is what i do constantly. I sometimes just play the game to do it.

It's especially good when your in the room with the person your playing. Trying to shape your player up to be facing them is priceless. Almost as good as the goal to be honest.

What can i say. I'm a cnut. Wanna game?

With our club I once punched Jacob celebrating a goal with L1 and O :lol:
