Xbox HD space question

Hi lads,

I bought an xbox360 arcade yesterday. I play a fairly limited number of games and will likely only play the new PES 11 once it comes out online.

Given that the arcade only has 256 mb of built in memory, will I need more space if I only play PES11 online? I'm not interested in downloading music and movies and all that other stuff, just gaming.

Doubt it. Most save files are like less than 10mb. Online shouldn't make a difference

just buy a USB flash drive and format it using the xbox to use it for memory if you run out

Ah yes. Good idea. Must say the update which allowed the use of USB flash drives was very un-microsoft like.

I've got 3 memory sticks in mine at the moment. I've managed to bump up the memory to about 4 gig doing so. Must say it saved me some money, as I couldn't really afford to buy a hard drive for it.

If all you re doing is playing PES online the standard memory card that comes with the Arcade will be fine for any save files, squad updates etc etc.
