No clue, but considering what that machine was made of - it should be very simple to emulate.

If you've got a powerful enough PC to emulate an Xbox, you may as well just get the PC versions of the games you want and plug a 360 controller in.

Well that's the issue...I want to play NCAA Football and EA Sports stoppd making it back in 2000, 99 being the last year they released it for the PC. Bastards.

It should be simple, the XBox is simply a PC, it's a Pentium 3 with a DX8 GPU. There shouldn't be anything to emulate.
