Got myself the Xbox 360 (and Halo 3 + PGR)
... what other games should i get??

keeping in mind i like - FPS, Sports, Strategy and Racing games..
 
COD 4 is a must

Avoid PES 2008 at all costs, piss poor game
 
That new game - Turoc I think its called; looking like it may turn out to be an underrated cracker.
 
Gears of War is a definate if you have live, so is CoD4, Turok may be a good game, but i havnt tried it.

halo 3 is shit.

get rainbow six 2 when it comes out.

also guitar hero is a good laugh.

It's not that bad, but it's not a cracker like Call Of Duty 2 or 4.

The problem with MOH:Airborne is that it's quite boring after 1 or 2 missions...
 
Halo 3 and Gears of War are the two best online games. Halo's a much better game but GoW is generalyl lot better for having a bit of a laugh with some decent people.

Assassin's creed is flawed but fun, GTA4 is available to pre order now and everyone seems to have a different opinion over which of PES2008 or FIFA08 is the best game so probably best to try both of them out and make your own mind up.

about the only games i bother to play on the darn thing, and that is between frequent periods where my xbox is being fixed.
 
Oblivio will give you weeks of quality gameplay.

COD4, Bioshock, Mass Effect are all good too.

I agree shit online play, has a game ever lagged sooo much?? ( exluding PS3 games)

so in general, its better than fifa.

I've never played that and don't actually have an Xbox myself, I'm just recommending the game's I've played on round my cousin's. And of course, warning against the games that I've played and found shite.

Yeah, they've made Mass Effect only on XBox... bastardos.

Don't have Xbox, too... PC is better. :p

Best games:

Gears of War - Spent weeks of my life on this, although I don't think many people play it online anymore, which is a shame. Roll on GOW2, which was announced this week :D

Halo3 - Just brilliant, slower than COD mind

COD4 - Didn't think Halo would be rivaled this year but this is one of best games EVER. New maps on the way too.

Fifa - Dicks all over Pro evo
 
Madden 08 - Brilliant game once you get into it.
COD 4 - Best FPS on XBox 360.
PES 2008 - Still much better than the shite that EA produce.

Lunatic!
Konami haven't done themselves any favours this year. Their worst release in years has unfortunately co-incided with an EA masterpiece. FIFA is fantastic to the extent that even the PES bellends are starting to take notice.

Yes Konami have produced a rubbish game but it is closer to football than Fifa. It has improved a lot this year but it is still a way of Pro Evo, the gameplay is still not as good, regaedless of the improvements. This is only my opinion, there's no need to call me a lunatic.
