I'm banking on that too. I'm resigned to losing ground this week though - I am sluggish after the winter break. Especially as I thought Arsenal were playing Palace!

Mad Hatters top-scored this week with a highly respectable 75 points thanks largely to having Toone (40 pts) as captain. That inspired choice sees him climb up to fourth in the table. Phallon d'Or and Dot's Stars also broke the 70+ barrier and climbed up the league.
Credit also to Zebra United (67) who is fighting hard to get out of the relegation zone but Liz's Lovely Runners scored well to maintain her advantage.
It was a good week for Little moo's who smashed TheDemonBarbers out of the cup and climbed up to 8th place at the same time.
It's getting tight at the top, with both Tooney Town and They Simi Rollin' struggling for form. Flexo's Fantasy Femmes capitalised and soared into second place, a mere 18 points off the leader.

I had four decent scorers - Bright, McCabe, Terland and Russo, and Teri was my VC so that was a bonus with all her assists. I’m sure the goals will flow soon!

Chelsea v Arsenal this week, so there are tough decisions to be made. There's also the question of whether Bunny Shaw will be back. I guess Wednesday will answer that one.
Just on a side note, if anyone has their Triple Captain, Wall or Bench Boost wildcards still available I think we just have to accept that in the Demon Cup.

Ramirez who I thought was a safe bet at least for minutes today has gone off at HT. Maanum came on just before HT. An underpowered start to the round so far for me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with my points so far, but ... I had Beth England and subbed her out, and was on the verge of putting Miedema in for Russo. Oh what could have been!
I took McCabe out, which was a good outcome! And Neville at least got the assist for spurs. Not terrible, but not that great for everyone.

The fact that Pallon d'Or and The Phallon D'Or were both eliminated will be such a relief to Tooney Town, who fought hard for their victory in the mud at Amarillo Park.
Credit this week to Maya's Troopers who, despite top-scoring with 74 points have dropped down a place in the league. I don't understand it either.
Good scoring too from Boujee Tea (69) and Skinner's Rotation (67).
It's getting tight at the top, and the battle for European places is certainly hotting up. Meanwhile at the lower end, United Army climbed off the bottom, and together with Zebra United, made ground on I'm Sorry Nic Jackson.
There's still a long way to go but the pressure is certainly building.

I think it takes a few hours for the whole database on there to be updated. I've seen it before when my own formation screen was showing one set of points but the league was showing something different for my latest week. I assume that happens across the board.
As for Tooney Town v Boujee Tea, I reckon I'm managing the underdog for this one despite having home advantage. BT has been in great form recently, TT not so much.
