New WRC year starts 23rd w/ Rally Monte Carlo. Will be interesting to see what the weather puts up, and if Petter can continue his great driving from the end of last season. Also looking forward to see how the new regulations are going to affect the Manufacturer's race.

Anyone else here follow WRC, go to rally GB, pissed off at rally GB no longer being the finale? Post your thoughts.

Go Subaru

I am supporting Sebastien Loeb this season, unlucky to finish second last year

Seb had a great year, he really surprised me, knew he was going to do well on tarmac, but some of his performances on gravel were very surprising, namely Australia.

But owning a Subaru makes me a little biased, so Petter has my support. We'll see how Mikko Hirvonen adapts to the Subaru.

Not too clued up on WRC,so has Hirvonen replaced the ill Burns?

Leob, Grunholm, Martin and Solberg are the only drivers in contention for the championship if you ask me. Out of those, Peugeot will struggle with their car I think, Solberg may have a strange season now that he is the champ and Citroen will let Leob down in some way I'm sure.
It all points to Markko Martin to win the title - that Focus is rapid.

I have to say Ford and Marrko has done well without much funding

Yes, Hirvonen became Subaru's #2 after Burns' brain tumor was diagnosed. I'd like to see Marrko do well this year, I don't think the Ford will be up to the task though.
