Great planning by united yet again!
Was on the phone for 45 mins waiting before they answered my call to enquire where my ticket had got to and why it had not been sent out yet...
They tell me i have to come and pick it up from the ticket office before 6pm and by the way all applicants since friday at 2pm are doing the same too! (im thinking, well this could be a long line damm it!)

Got my 2 extra tickets thou but still have to go pick them up + get a duplicate for the one i already ordered that never came...
grr!
