Wiz Khalifa

Poor mans Soulja boy. Used to like him back in the day though.

i got that pittsburgh sound.

Why does he dress so ridiculously?

Only song worth playing, and it's not even a real one.
watch

Black and Yellow is getting a load of air time, which would be cool if I hadn't been listening to it for the last year and am sick and tired of it.

Listening to some of his older shit again though. Loving it:

Just got into his music lately, and I don't profess to be ahead of the curb when it comes to rap and R'n'B (it's not my usual music - prog/psi-trance is) so I don't particularly care that I'm a year(s?) late on this.

Anyway, I'm loving his stuff. His old stuff sounds old-school too.

It feels good to sit back and look at all the people jumping on the bandwagon.

The videos a flipping joke. Put the flag/bandana thing down you plonk.

Wiz.

Just listening to this through for the first time. It's 'ite.

Decent album to get high to.

Well you're cooler than me bruv.

But, I bet I wast listening to Tech N9ne before you, in fact I doubt you've heard of him. Though Simon's should be sticking together.

 na, I'm talking more about the radio presenters, who in theory should know about this stuff, talking as if he's some new emerging artist.

Heard of him but haven't listened to him before. I'll get on it, Simon.

Biscuit, did you delete your gay soulja boy thread?

I was looking for it because against all the overwhelming odds, I found someone (famous) that is actually a worse and more annoying rapper. That's right... 'Impossible!' I hear you exclaim, but the abomination that is Gucci Mane has clearly taken the cake. feck me he is shit.

unfortunately this is miles better

That's pretty good. although Game has totally stolen TI's flow. If you played just the song for me I might think it was TI himself. And what can you call Snoop these days? He's certainly not a rapper, and he can't sing.

Now you feel the pain I felt when I discovered Gucci Mane.

....:(

He literally is the thickest looking person I've seen. His actions do nothing but prove this.

He's so fecking shit it's unbelievable. I don't understand how people with his level of talent are able to put out records, is it because he's a drug-dealer or something? Like Rick Ross, self-funded (well at least at the beginning)?

He's just a fat douche with a fecking ice cream cone on his face. His top lip doesn't move, and he sounds like he's always rapping with something in his mouth... Then there's the fecking repetitive spastic noises throughout his songs, not to mention the repetitive nature of the actual lyrics too.

What a joke.

Anyway, I've been listening to some of Wiz Khalifa's older stuff (around the 08 period it seems) - and it's really good.

It seems like Kid Cudi has pretty much just copied/taken elements of that style and used it as his own with his Man on the Moon album.

Check this out, such an awesome sound:

BURRR!

He's a fecking joke. There's one song where he just says 'Gucci two-times' for a fecking minute and a half before the song actually kicks... I mean seriously, what the feck does that even mean? You fat ugly dopey looking piece of shit.

I don't care if he thinks he is some sort of hard drug-pushing gangster, I don't think I could help myself - I'd have to punch him in the face if I ever saw him.

^

But who was around first? Both have the 'space' theme throughout their songs (well that Wiz Khalifa's album, anyway).

I recently downloaded his older mixtape 'Kush & Orange Juice' and prefer it to his album. Even his new mixtape 'Cabin Fever' is much better than his album.

I love this song:
