i think we have a outside chance.
from our group we are going to get through
along with juve..
Real and Milan
barca and Inter..
Valencia will come out.I always thought gunners
would flop because of Roma.Now Roma has slipped
they might sneak in.

Among us Milan playing at a level higher than Real.
They are the fav for me.
Inter and Barca no chance.
inter has solid defence,good midfielders and
the best forwards.but they dont have a quality
playmaker.they are losng the ball easily.Everytime
they expect Zanetti to do the work for them.

Barca no they are still to beat a strong team.
they are not going to win anyting this year.

Valencia Ok.
Gunners can reach semis but winning impossible...
Real it would be really toughofr them
1.Milan
2.Man Utd
3.Valencia
4.Real 40% or Juve 40% or gunners 20% chance


Lets expect a Milan vs utd final at Ot

I actually really believe we'll get to the final this year. On the night you just never know however <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

Definetly! I hope so becfause I want to order a ticket for the CL final at OT in june. Can U guys imagine; United at playing the CL final at OT in may? :D

Even at the beggining of the season I was very confident of us reaching the final at OT and at this stage I am even more confident.

I to believe AC will be out biggest threat to the crown BUT in saying that I do not fear them at all. In fact I do not fear any Italian team. To be honest the only team I dont want to play, and Im sure many of you will laugh, is Ajax.

They are a young , and extremely attack minded team that could do anything.

My tip for the final = United vs AC...United wins 2-1.
 
If CL and be won with mouth Roma will win with
both totti and Capello firing on all cylinders.

If CL can be won with bluffing, paper strength
and cheap celeberations
RealMadrid will win.

If CL can be won by pure class i think we are
going to win..

i too dont fear much about Milan
We have a better chance to win.
but first we have get out of this dirty group
 
This is my honest analysis.
Utd vs Milan
if this match is held tommorow i think Milan has the advantage.man to man they are better than us.Wait I will sum it up.

This season till today we've faced just two quality teams in Arsenal and Depo.Our defence was decent.Ok but...
Gary once again could've become a casuality in both these matches.
We should improve and show more charecter.
To be honest we were little lucky and we cannot expect the same sympathy from Rivaldo,Ingzagi or Shevchenko.Even with Rio returning handling their attack would be tough.

Their defence is more stronger than us.Maldini and Co are the best in the world right now.They had performed well against Inter,lazio,Juve,Roma for Scudetto Real,BayernMunich,Depo in the CL.What more..So RVN,Giggs,Ole and particulary Scholes will find it difficult to move.

If we compare the midfields its more or less equal if we have our old Keane back.So we have Keane,Veron,Beckham,Butt,Scholes.

They have a quality midfield no words to describe...and they also have players like Redondo and Leonardo in the bench who can hit top gear in seconds.So our midfield should play well for the entire 90 minutes.

Beckham's free kicks and corners will once again prove crucial for us.If he gets one in and couple of good crosess then we are through.

More importantly the battle between Juan Veron and Rui Costa (if it happens)is going to decide who is the best and which team is going to dominate.If Veron comes out on top we will win.Right now they have the advantage.

But Serie A is like a rat race.I hope they will be tired and we will stay fresh .....In a crunch match against a class opposition we cannot highly count on the home conditions as our adavantage.

Can anybody give the best formation and playing 11 if we were to face a team like ACMilan.
 
I can, and i dont see it as a battle between Costa and Veron btw, i think Keane will be taking care of him.

Heres my 11 to play ac milan, tho i dont want to jinx our chances of reaching the final...

Decided that this was maybe too big a game for O'Shea(assuming it was the final..).

I got a good feeling about our CL chances this year, more so than any other time...
 
We have the team to do it.

There was a Milan friendly on a few weeks ago, jeez they have some squad, maybe their stars are not quite as bright as Real's, but certainly quality throughout the team.
 
Manchester United will be in the final but now is all down to the Juve games to see whether we could qualify for d quarters

I'd swap Scholes and Veron around. Scholes is the one who sits up higher and looks to partner Ruud at times, while Seba sits back and is the playmaker.
