Depending on how well he does in his first season, I think Carlos is being groomed to take over from SAF.
 
I don't think so. Do you remember the criteria Kenyon set down last time? Having managed a big club, managed a team that has played in Europe, etc.

Good old Steve wasn't being groomed for the job whas he? Otherwise he wouldn't have left to manage Boro.
