.....are the Neville's allowed to play for us.....they are worthless!!! They are too nervous, talentless and "busy little cnuts" (stam was right)...they aren't fit to wear the shirt and are 3rd division players at best....I hope Gary Neville's foot injury turns more serious, that he gets gangarine and it is amputated......but then, he might play better haha

Why are people always searching for a scapegoat ?

Living up to your name there LOTG - good work

It all boils down to Nepotism. I'm sure SAF is the Nevilles true father. Why else do you think they have been given a professional contract and on top of that they are playing for Utd.

Also don't you think it's strange their supposed 'real' dad is called Neville Neville?? How can this happen??

Also on the subject of nepotism don't forget Fergies son Darren also got to play for Utd. Fergies brother Martin is Utd's Chief Overseas scout even though he has little or no experience in that field. Plus remember he was responsible for Taibi, Forlan, etc. Finally his other son Jason is the agent conducting all incoming and outgoing transfers.

Apparently I've also heard rumours his missus is responsible for the catering. I'm surprised no one has noticed this before.

Have you finished now?? - Fine! - Now feck off

..anyone who thinks the neville's are fit to wear the shirt degrade the essence of what a united player should be...they negate the mechanism of the team and bring shame to the club...pander to the paradigm that suggests that they are somehow "reliable foot-soldiers", or "dependable unsong heroes" if you must....I prefer to take my blinkers off! They are not, and never will be, good enough....and the day they leave shall be a great day for the club...I cringe when they are in the team.....see how they always push to do media work and put in their 2 cents worth?...trying to be icons for the club!!! Who do they think they are?! There are better pub players....worthless dirt.

Hear Hear. Great comment LOG. It's a shame so many people are brainwashed by the Nevilles act.

It's a shame that so many jumps on the wagon everytime there's a bad result, and doesn't talk about how 'crap' they are, when we're having good results...

Or does good results make good players?? - If so... let's buy all the players from this hungarian team!

That's where I stopped reading.
Anyone who says Gary Neville (or phil for that matter) is a shame for the club might aswell go support some other team with a shiny RB and some brazilians upfront.
I rarely say stuff like that to other because I can't judge anyone's love for the club over the net but remarks like that are well out of order.
same goes for the first sentence of your post, who Fergie might not agree with.

Calling our players 'worthless dirt' is not great comment. If I had my way people would be shot for it.

If the Nevilles aren't fit to wear the United shirt, then you certainly aren't fit to be a United supporter.

Your post is the most obnoxious heap of unadulterated shite I've ever read on here.

Listen you brainless twat. Gary Neville had a good season last year. And Phil Neville is a useful squad player. And both of them are United supporters as well as players, and would sweat blood for the team, which is more than some over-priced prima donna might do.

So Phil Neville wasn't able to get to the ball to prevent the goal. So what????? Solskjaer and Van Nistelrooy weren't able to put the ball in the net. Veron and Giggs weren't able to string two passes together.

It was a team failure. It happens - live with it.

I always had my suspisions that the Nevilles were infact the love children of SAF,and today I have heard nothing to dissuade me of this distinct possibility.Furthermore the fact that their "dad"
is called Neville Neville makes the liklihood of a coverup even more distinct. ;)

Hello

why are people moaning already its the first proper game of the season i know im new but it just upsets me when i here all of these negative comments.the pitch was terrible and that hampared
our game also buying a ton of new players will just disrupt the squad even more please have faith and complain at the end of the year if we havent won anything i am sorry if i seem arrogant in my 1st post.

Its all very well to keep on complaining about how bad the Nevilles are but who else are we going to play. Full backs are probably the one area where we are struggling for options. Lets face it Silvestre and Brown aren't the most consistant of players either.

Why are LOTG and Sol Bernstein allowed to post on this proud site. They are worthless and the best thing that could happen to them is that there hands get broken, then get get gangrene and have to be amputated. The problem with this is the bastards would learn to use their teeth to type.

BBC reports that Neville was suffering a hamstring injury but soldiered on, as Nevilles tend to.

Doubtless restricted his mobility and he got caught out by a slide rule pass and an unbelievable first touch by their guy.

Gee, I wonder if we'll see a few 'I'm sorries' here now. I don't expect we will though.

If Phil had a hamstring injury he should have been subbed, we still had one left.

Why are we talking about 'the Nevilles'? They aren't a double act! If Gary or Phil plays is doesn't mean you get two players for the price of one. I only saw one Neville playing last night and, yes I agree, he just isn't up to the job. But Gary Neville is up to the task so why tar both 'Nevilles' with the same brush. "The Nevilles" the way some people say it you would think it was a medical condition. I've a bad case of the nevilles.

Found it.

LOTG - your reactions are as slow as Phil Neville's. ;)

It isn't your opinion on the Nevilles that bothered me but the manner in which you expressed it.

I just wish that this LOTG fellow would piss off and stop talking such negative crap!
