Whenever serious companies are doing badly, it usually means some people are getting fired, some are being sent home for rests, people getting demoted from their positions, restructuring, etc., so why aren't we seeing this yet?
1. Why aren't we leaving out players who aren't running enough in the reserves, or the one making mistakes on the bench or banned for few weeks from the first team, and stuff like that? Surely they have all the statistics and records of players running and stuff like that during the games and training, it's quite clear that the players aren't running enough and doing their job quality enough, so why are all of them included in the match days and playing every week and getting paid?
2. Why aren't we firing people who bought Varane, Dalot, Telles, etc.? (I know two chief scouts have left, but surely we have around 20 of them in our club).
3. Why aren't we sacking people who thought hiring Ralf wad a good idea? Because he is not a good coach, and he is obviously not trusted enough to be included in choosing a new manager and picking new players, so what was even the point of hiring him?
I remember when Barcelona were at their best, they had people following their players even in their private life, watching their bad habbits, and stuff like that, because they weren't allowed to do whatever they wanted considering they were quite strict with giving players who weren't listening new contracts, and Barcelona are equally badly run as we are and are a terrible example, and yet we could learn something from that.
Fergie would froze out players who weren't signing new contracts, he would ban players for weeks for going on a dinner when he told them to stay home, or replace them on half time when they didn't follow their runners, or ban journalists that he didn't like. Rangnick is apologising because he didn't play Lingard, and saying he is playing Cavami because someone on social media will criticise him, and neither of these players want to be here.
