To be honest i don't think the really good and skillful players in africa... Babangida, Okotcha etc wouldn't suit the premiership ... they wouldn't have enough time to play like they do in a very skillful style in lots of space to move in.
Plus i think some of them would attract a bit of negative attention from the bruisers in the league (KEOWN ?)
