He.

You people are pathetic.

From what I can count the majority of complaining on this forum doesn't come from people stating their worries about the team or the players.

Not even close.

No, the majority of complaints come from YOU GUYS. Yes, YOU. The so-called hard core fans that eat and shit red all day. You, who apparantly were born ON the grassy field of Old Traff DURING a match somehwere around 1900 or so. It was rainy that day, ofcourse.

Yes. It is YOU who complain and cry your hearts out. About all the complaints from the so-called unworthy fans that dear to utter a word or two of sceptisism.

Go on. Cry some more. Don't let this little note make you catch your breath. I am sure there are more unworthy fans out there to hunt.

I am sure Fergie and all his man is backing you every second of the day.

After all. You invented the football, and you built this club while your mummies gave you milk. We others don't know how a football looks like, but I have heard it is a water-sport or something.

Spot on?

Or those who dare to call themselves fans and then point to people who have spent less time on this board and say they are unworthy and don't know what they are talking about when valid points are made. Who are they to pass judgement on someone?

You got me wondering here. Are you saying people who have spent much time here are fair or unfair when they label other whom have spent less time here, as unworthy?

Ok. I understand typing and reading is difficult for you. I will try to make a complete meaningful sentence next time by just using symbols.

You seem to comprehend them and use them with such skill.

Hey. Something is laying on the ground here; did u drop this one:

Here you go. You can use that one in another remark if you want. I don't need it.

There are some who think they are the person or persons to judge who is a
true United fan. There have been a couple of threads where this has cropped up. I got put through the mill when I first started posting here as to "how much I knew" about the team. True I may not know all the fine points about the team but I understand the game pretty well, and I am growing in my understanding more and more. I do watch the matches here in the US. I have the ability to do so. I have followed the team's wins and losses on and off for a year or so. Does that make me less of a fan than those who have followed them their whole lives? Complaining is a source of venting frustration towards a team everyone knows can and will do better and hell I complain and bitch too with the best of them. I never refer to them as "what we need to do" because I know I will probably get my head lopped off, by others saying I am not worthy of using that phrase. People really need to ease up, it is a football team, A SPORTS TEAM. They are not gods, even though we all, as fans. treat them as such. Nobody is a bigger fan or more worthy of being a fan more than anyone else. We all love this team, so why not just accept people?

I don't mind 'a word or two of sceptisism'. I also expect the ABUs on this site to laugh at us when we lose.

What I object to is supposed United supporters abusing players, the manager etc every time we don't win, or if we don't win confortably enough - and in style. Sometimes our supporters seem to give us as much abuse as the ABUs do.

Yap, who don't object to the "fans" who abuse our players and manager without reason? But from what I read so far in this forum, those kind of supporters only occupy a very, very small percentage, and whenever they posted those kind of abuse they were usually dealt with quickly by other supporters or even by the moderators.

Therefore, I certainly don't see any need to post any message primary for complaining other fans in this forum who critize the team, the player or the manager. To me, any kind of this post looks like the posters is trying to restrict the freedom to express different kind of opinions in this forum.

I heard a term called "constructive criticism" here quite a number of times recently, and I think that it's just a big joke -- just another term used by some people to restrict negative opinion in this forum. For example, when I give a player a "5" in a player rating thread after a match, do I still need to teach the player how to play football in order to make my criticism "constructive"? <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> I agree that if a criticism is constructive, it's a better and more meaningful criticism. But even if the criticism has no "construcive" thing in it, people still have every right to post it in a open forum like this.

Some folks won't agree though, we know who they are.... ;)

Thank you very much. It is good to see that alot of the people here are well and sharp.

It's good that people dare to think.

Thank you very much. That was fresh air.

And my hat is absolutely off for you. Your opinion I can easily support. You know how it is to not be accepted, and even harassed. And still you don't want a fight.

Thanks for your words.

Some fans write abuse against players or the manager as a way of letting of steam. Other fans then either attack the original poster or deal with the criticism. (I'm talking about abuse not expressing disappointment).

If it is okay to abuse the players and manager it is okay to abuse the abuser. I prefer to argue the case rather than get into a slanging match but I understand the frustration of the more loyal/blinkered fans.

I just want to point out one thing.
This is a Forum which means it is an area for people to express their views and exchange ideas. If those views happen to be seen complaining then so be it, they have every right to express it.
