IMO, it's Massive Attack, Newton Faulkner, Jose Gonzalez, in that order.

Can't beat the original, the whole album was epic.

Can't beat Liz Frazer's vocal, epecially knowing how cut up she was about Jeff Buckley when she recorded it.

I've got and like the Newton Faulkner version. My son had an Elbow version on a single/EP - it was pretty good irc.
