In line with other [insert manager's name] thread, I vote for Pocchettino to be the next United manager. He is younger, hungrier and can be considered successful in managing relatively smaller clubs. Any manager that can make Derek Rose or Ryan Bertrand looks good is something to be applaud. Hint of one of SAF's finest ability? Making average players look good?

I don't want Jose Mourinho to be the next manager. Why? I think both him and LvG share the same stubborn, harsh traits. Successful in their own way, but previous records suggest that he would be for short term only. I will reserve that for other threads.

IF somehow Levy bend over and submitted to Woodward's demands and let Mr. Pocchettino go and manage United, which players you think he would bring to United? Below is some of the players I can think of:

1) Eriksen - Playmaker AM/CM in the mould of Modric but more mobile and more energetic than Mata. Not to mention younger.

2) Kane - Just because he would be more useful than Rooney of today. Memphis-Kane-Martial.

3) Son - He can play across the final third, and he is not Rooney. Left-footed, so that automatically makes him special.

Someone needs to put a stop to this. @Niall @Damien

I hope this is a sarcastic thread. The other one itself was way too much considering LVG hasn't been sacked (yet) and the board has not shown any inclination to bring in Mourinho.

As for the current Spurs manager, no thanks! He is not experienced at this level.

Awful thread.

There's actually a chance of Mourinho coming. No chance of Levy letting Potchetinno come mid season or actually selling us players if he does come.

Who will Rooney sign once he takes over from our next manager? Now that's what's keeping me awake.
