i'm still around. no worries.

and i never complained much except for the tactics used by SAF which have now clearly been changed to a more traditional attacking one.

anywho, i think problem is with the time difference. my work is consuming me much more now so i can't exactly stay up late to be online at the same time as you lot.

And to tell you the truth, i'm getting tired of people slagging off players non-stop. It's killing this forum IMO.

i can't argue with you about that yet.. you're right, we have had an easy ride so far this season in the CL..

last year aside (he was settling down, however long it took), i think he will be fine this season. won't have to wait long. 1 more week and Deportivo awaits.

we have to wait and see.

Andy Cole would be my choice of evidence to my case. To the point where it was obvious him and Cantona couldn't work together, SAF still persisted in his belief of using 'em together. This to be gives me assurance that Veron will not be sold. Plus he has been 'good' in the CL so far.

What makes you think SAF will embarass himself by selling Veron this Jan? Besides, as long as his no. 4 shirts still sell, he won't be sold.

If (A BIG IF) Veron performs poorly against Deportivo then there maybe a slight chance of Veron being sold prematurely. But until then, you have no case.

i never did try to turn this into anything. you were the one who started about veron. i simply said i didn't think he would be sold. you said he would. so i explained my reasoning..

if the best you can do is "he's trying to turn this into a trial" then i have to say that you have been wasting my time.

anyhow, it was nice to for once to have a decent argument with you about something. i sure don't expect anymore in light of your short fuse for abusing other posters.

all i ever complained about was the tactics we were using. now that that's changed, nothing is left for me to complain. i've always supported this team. the first and the last team i'll ever like - let alone love.

i've never slagged a single player even.

ONLY the 4-5-1 tactics with no wings out wide i had a problem with, esp in the EPL. IN 2 GAMES that we have gone with Ole out wide we have won against the top sides. what's left for me to complain about?
