laid on my bed with a beer in one hand and myself in the other

What were the city and scouse fans saying?, City fans atleast have an excuse to cos they beat us in there cup final, but how can u let a scouser take the piss, there runs the worst run theyve had since 52.

Shame on you 26...shame on you.
Anyway, i was planning to go to my mates or something, but as usual, never got round to organising it so i watched it at home with me dad (utd fan), me brother (brighton fan) and my mum (city fan  ). My brother was thinking of taking the piss till i reminded him that brighton were 2nd to bottom of division 1. :)

but then..as you said...BANG BANG and the smug grin is gone from my mum and my brothers face. God bless man united

East Stand, Tier 2 (It was great! I was sitting next to total strangers, but by the end of the match we were all jumping up and down and hugging each other after Becks/Scholesy scored. We thought it was NEVER going to happen today.)

I thought the atmosphere was okay. We really got going after Becks scored. Before that, if it seemed quiet I think it's just because we were a bit nervous, edgy and frustrated.
