i keep getting this as the screen, if not this then similar depending on weather i view a forum or a thread, its been like this since last night

Log out, clear your cache, restart your browser, and log back in to see if it fixes the problem.

i cant log out, thats missing
Tools > Clear Recent History > Select "Everything" > Tick clear Cookies and Cache > you're logged out and the Cache has been cleared.
