Well, Mulryne is will with Norwich, saw him in the playoffs (same goes for Notman)... Thornley was in Scotland until recently, might still be!

Haven't heard of O'Kane since he was released from Bolton.

I think I readthat Chris Casper retired due to injury a year or two ago. He was at Reading at the time.
