A non-denial in my opinion.

The additional bits of his interview are irrelevant since he would of course want to sound like a model employee since the Arse refused his desired move to United.

When's his contract up again?

Two years isn't as much as it sounds. Basically it's only a year away from the club getting very cold feet with the player six months away from being able to talk to clubs.

Anyhow, talking about signing and signing are two different things.
