West Ham goal

even if it was, u can't deny the fact that WH deserved somethg out of this match :(

We didn't take our chances and (anyone remb Sunderland away?) we were made to pay for it again....

half a man offside.. they did deserve more, but it shouldn't have come from foul play.. he was offside from start the finish.. can't believe the linesman didn't call it..

we should have also gotten 3-4 more goals.. Ole and his misses tonight.. love the guy's work, but we need to finish them!

West Ham deserved a goal, but we didn't deserve to concede one. The bottom line is we lost 2 points off a referee error. We also had a certain second goal prevented in the 48 minute with a bad offside call agaisnt us.

Well offisde. We also had a chance when it was two on one just after HT and the ref gave it offside. But these things balance themselves out over a season - I still cant believe our luck this year.

Well they might have deserved one, but not like that. I agree though with whoever said these things balance out over the season, it just seems that this was a crucial time for us. Referee errors happen, the game wouldn't be the same without them, human error makes games unpredictable etc. but we needed that win. :(

West hams goal might have been offside - it was very close.

our goal might also have been offside - it was close to.

No point moaning, if we are incapable of putting at least 3 goals past this lot then we get what we deserve.

It was offside. What pisses me off is Fortune (I think) was covering Defoe, but thinking he was offside, he didn't close him down. Bad refreeing coupled with bad judgement from our own player cost us 2 points.

Thats right, blame the referee - i'm sure fergie will.

What sense does that fecking make?

Rightly so. There is such a thing as getting a result without playing well. Maybe such a thing would have helped us, but we don't get luck from anywhere now.

Seba sums us up.

It was offside but it was a close call and you have to forgive a linesmen for making such a mistake. It cost us two points tho and it seems to be the way of our season.

But what made me really angry was to see Ole ruled offside when he and Ruud were 2 on 1 to score 2-1 early in the second half. He was one or two yards on side.

 :(

If these things are to even out during the season we have some bad referee desicions coming our way...

:p

blaming the ref after a shite performance like that is fecking sad.

it wasnt the refs fault that we cant create any decent chances.

it wasnt the refs fault that we cant clear the ball in our box.

Blaming the ref for a marginal offside is really pathetic - if he was a yard or two offside i could understand, but this was to close to moan about.

We have no one but ourselves to blame for dropping the points today, this blaming the ref nonsense is bullshit.

So there's no such thing as winning without playing well? Arsenal did it at Fulham thanks to the ref. We don't get any breaks now though.

I think Fergie sums it up pretty well:

"They deserved their point - but they've had to thank the linesman."

The sooner we stop kidding ourselves that we played well and its all the ass ref's fault the better. ADMIT IT FFS - we are playing crap. We did not have a shot at goal in the 2nd half and when they scored we tried to win it but it was too late. The players seem to think that one goal is enough and stop playing when they get it - it has happened before this season and it will happen again because SAF cannot motivate this lot anymore. Where are those days when we were likely to score 2 or 3 against anyone??? Someone please wake me up from this nightmare.

yet again we cannot finish a team off
West Ham deserved the draw ,even if the goal was offside .
9 behind the Arse not looking good.
