1) Vieira has saud he'll see out his contract, NOT that he'll sign a new one and with two years on his contract, unless he extends, the Arse will HAVE to sell him in the summer.

2) Pires looks like he wants to move to a big club.

1) Veron wants to move back to Lazio, with United probably taking a loss on what they forked out on him.

2) Phil Neville has expressed a desire to remain with the club for the rest of his career.

There is no way Vieria will come to OT. He is set to sign an extension if all goes to plan at Highbury, otherwise he will be on the first plane to Madrid, not Manchester.

But seriously are you stupid ???? UTD are under absolutly NO presure to sell VERON and even if they were a player like VERON who is one of the biggest name in world football (no matter what anyone says) his market value has not been damaged at all we could if we wanted sell him for a profit!

Veron is finished. Watching him it apears obvious that he is infinitly better suited for the Italian game. He just cannot hack it in England. And If I can see this, there is no doubt that Sir Alex and the Board can see this also. And economically, even if United is only able to bring back 20 mil, thats still 20 mil to spend somewhere else. Veron's name is not enough to sell shirts like Zidane so if he is not producing on the pitch - he deserves the axe. -Ben :cool:

Look at Robert Pires - in his first season - his performances can be compared to Verons. Now in his 2nd season he is an awesome player.

Veron will definitely be at United come next season,and he will be at his best. He will not have to fly back as much next season,and without the world cup to worry about,I am sure his focus will on club football. It would definitely help if we could get another Argentinian player,like Crespo

Veron will be playing for a team called Argentina. Anyone who has seen Veron play for Argentina (a team who are tipped to win to competition outright) will concur that he becomes a near perfect player.

A pretty good assumption to make considering hes such a great player and hes playing in a team he grew up with.
Hell be a legend @ Man utd too, as bad a season as he's hes having hes still miles ahead of Steven Gerard whos greatest attribute seems to be that hes ugly and looks like hes a dirty midfielder who might be able to unsettle a few players. Nicky Butt has been better than Gerard this season too.
Svennis would be a brave man to drop Gerard but the more Butt plays the more it seems that Butt is the better player.
