if this doesn't say enough, then you have no faith!
Juan Sebastian Veron has again denied he wants to return to Lazio and insists he is hoping to stay at United for the next five years.
The Argentina star has been at the centre of speculation since the day he moved to Old Trafford for £28million last summer.
But he has again declared his loyalty to United, dismissed links with Lazio and pledged his future to the Premiership.
He said: "Nothing has ever come from my lips that I want to return to Italy.
"I've actually only spoken once to the Italian press since I became a United player.
"All this stuff is made up, pure speculation. It is like a campaign by my old club who want me back.
"(Sergio) Cragnotti, the Lazio president, speaks to the Italian media and maybe what they are doing is creating some kind of positive slant just to divert the attention away from the club's troubles this year."
Meanwhile, Veron is tipping United to bounce back from their first trophyless season in four years.
"You have to accept these things, roll up your sleeves and begin again next year," he told the club's official magazine.
"From bad comes good, you've got to hope that is the case. If we don't win something next year I've got a five-year contract and if we don't win something in five years I will be upset!"
i hope we can all now forget the "inevitable departure" and concentrate on getting behind this lad.
