User CP RSS Feed

Mods, is it poss to do a feed for the subscribed threads in the user control panel? only if its not a lot of trouble like...

This seems like a pretty good idea. I would like to subscribe to threads, but I very rarely go to User CP.

definitely would be a good idea but i dont think it would be possible. rss feeds pull from an xml file so there would have to be an xml file for every user and to have this pulling from the server every couple of minutes even if only say a third of users use it it would create a lot of server processes and may cause problems
