Looking at the staff we have in the backround, I think McClair is doing an excellent job with the reserves. But I would like to see SAF appoint an assistant and Walter Smith being available and a friend of SAF would be a great accquisition. Not being too critical of Mike Phelan but I would also like to see 1 or 2 new coaches with experience, Bryan Robson springs to mind.
