When it comes to the World Cup etc, I really get behind England. Through the season, I'll watch the internationals, and buy the shirts etc, but my love of England is not as big as my love of United.

United is more of an everyday love. I worry about United and think about them more than I think about England.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very partiotic and love watching England, but United comes first, just :)

Definitely United.

I support England but I don't feel physically sick when they lose, or go round taking it out on my nearest and dearest. :)

Indeed :D

United live and breathe it.

Support England but dont go watching them except on the telly.(armchair fan me ;) )

United are life and death.

Nice if England enjoy a bit of success every so often. As long as they're not playing Sweden.

But then England never enjoy success against Sweden.

engerland definately.
i have no shame in admitting that as a grown man, i have shed a tear after and england game... most recently when we last went out to the argies in 98. there i said it!

Who the hell is ManYoo anyway? Please stop calling us the way biased twats at Football365 do.

argentina all the way..... <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Sorry, but I'd have to say United are my real love. Sure I'm dissapointed when England lose, but not nearly as much as when United lose.

Even today, whilst I really want England to win, I haven't got the nerves and tense feeling I have when there's a United game on.

agreed

United is a religion. England is a team you support. :)

If the World Cup were played every year, it would be dull and I'd have to say club first. However, I find this month-long quadrennial event far more interesting than the annual grind of a regular season--although this year Arsenal's double made August-May worth the while. Since I'm an American, I don't have the problem of worrying about my squad winning the World Cup, but if they did, it might mean more than Arsenal ending up atop the EPL, which others tell me is to be called "The Premiership."

United or England? UNITED!! of course. I do not have much time for England, allthough I was happy to see them finally lay their Argentina ghost to rest today. Nice to see Beckham making up for last time. I am Irish though. <img src="graemlins/keano.gif" border="0" alt="[Keano]" />

I doubt Mr G falls into that category.

Top lad :D

Equally important to me with United shading it due to them being a 'full time' team.

I still don't get how English Man United fans support Argentina and Brazil etc.

Each to their own I suppose.

United of course!!!

United to win the Beer Cup over England to win the World Cup anytime.

I support England team in world cup b'coz there's 4 United player wearing England shirt.

United is global icon

Put it this way : If England win the world cup I will be ecstatic but in no way will it compare to United winning the European Cup in 99.
For me it has to be United first
But I always root for me Country in all sports Especially Football

well from my point of view why i like united so much

"I love the day, i love the match, i love the life.

Its not just the match from my situation. Its a day. I have to get up very early to travel from weston but I enjoy it most of the time, call me crazy... I get to the pub nice and early which takes the piss seeming i get there before most of the people that live in manc that i meet there. I like the the takeaway on the road where trafford bar station is. Theres the match, theres half time, theres cashdash thats drawn by some corry street cast off looking for work most of the time... I like talking about the game in the car on the way back.

I like the life.

Getting up in the morning wondering if theres 2 united tickets at the door waiting for me is like winning the lottery every single time, its a real buzz cos i know im in for a good day.

being let down on the big ocasions is a big downer becuase i dont rank games as big/normal, all i rank is going to see the team i love.

Thats why id pick united over england anyday.
+ Im half irish and support ireland too... secretly have a national top too :)

It can only be United first and England second.....except like now during the world cup when United aren't playing....then it's close but England first (just!)

Hi folks....how y'all doin'?
