Imran(@Annihilate Now!) and Ashwin(@AR87) give United's transfer-window a score out of 10. How do our incoming players stack-up against the way we've gone about our business? And what next for Ronaldo? They also talk about United's 1-0 vs. Leicester before previewing the big game on Sunday vs. high-flying Arsenal.

@AR87 continues to voice all my thoughts/fears about Man Utd's much written about (but hard to see evidence of) 'football structure.'

No matter how many org charts are published by the Athletic, it's hard to believe that our football department has much substance behind it.

It feels like it exists to make it look like the club is modernising. Not because the people in the structure actually carry out a real function.

Although I think you messed up with the comment about Bruno. The nutmeg was followed by a successful crossfield that led to Ronaldo crossing towards Eriksen but it was cut out.

Yeah, seems like it's all just been a lot of talk/posturing without any actually substance.

We've thrown together a summer window, and somehow (mainly thanks to ETH?) come out of it with a good group of signings... But we could also be sat here with Rabiot and Arnoutovic!

Yeah and it makes you worry about future windows. If the powers that be at United could interview Ten Hag several times, then still seemingly emerge without a clue about what profile of player he's after, why will they do better next January or next July? Like it's some massive secret how Ajax plays. It's all very odd. We've lucked out and hopefully will keep lucking out.
