Nice one lads.

Everton win - normally a difficult ground for us so great to get the win after the City defeat. Good reaction to conceding first (our first comeback win since Arsenal at OT under Carrick last season) with another goal for Antony (really like the cut f his jib, first player in our history to score in his first 3 PL games) and the GOAT getting his 700th (SIU) with an excellent finish. Under pressure at the end but saw it out well. Was fuming at the Rashford decision especially after the West Ham and Arsenal decisions, ridiculous and as @Annihilate Now! said he should have had a goal and assist.

Casemiro - class, yeah a mistake at the start but very good afterwards. Should have scored with a header. No way he should be dropped for the foreseeable.

Shaw - Brilliant performance. Maybe a kick up the backside was what he needed because when he is on it he is excellent. Bodes well if he keeps playing like that.

Sancho - thought I might get a mention if you guys were talking about him  being the resident muppet on the pod was over the moon when we got him but it hasn't worked to this point. Absolutely deserved dropping. Not written him off yet Nik! More like what Imran was saying, I'm just quite disappointed with how it has went. His desire and attitude really hasn't been great and is offering nothing at the moment. The constant passing backwards makes me think his confidence to actually take a man on isn't there, and even the failing to find a pass inside to the edge of the box or that area is very infuriating. Hopefully a spell on the bench does for him what it did for Shaw. Still have faith but it is starting to run out.

Ronaldo - SIU.

Newcastle - as you lads know I grew up in the NE and was a ball boy at St. James Park so always had a soft spot for Newcastle. Doing bloody well and have bought well too, Trippier and Bruno in particular doing great as well as players like Almiron and Joelinton stepping up big time. Haven't conceded many goals and always a threat so will be a lot more difficult than previous games against them. Need to be at our best. I'll go 3-1 victory.

I've not written him off either and he has scored a couple of vital goals this season

I thought his rest and extra time with Erik while most others were on International duty would do him the world of good but it seems the opposite is true

I assume he will play Thursday so it's up to him to give the manager a selection headache
