Manchester United are handing trials to Thailand goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan.

The Daily Mail says United will offer a trial to Thailand goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan on the recommendation of former captain Bryan Robson.

Thamsatchanan, 20, plays for Muangthong United and has recently become a full international.

Robson, who made 461 appearances for United, is in charge of the Thailand national team and has spoken to Sir Alex Ferguson about Thamsatchanan, who has been earning rave reviews.

They just think we weren't challenged enough with spelling Kuzsczcsack

Not true for me, NO NEWS IN THAILAND AT ALL !!!!

Robson has come out and has rated the lad before and said to the press that this lad was United quality...

But if there was a real offer, it would be VERY popular here and I'm sure it would have been headline news...

Mostly these are old quotes since Robson took in charge of Thailand for me... Dailymail just had enough time to pick this up.

Wouldn't say he's a top keeper, back to my theory about smaller keepers' saves looking more spectacular therefore leading to said keeper being overrated.

Rooney won't be impressed with this his name is an Anagram for

Kai Want A Man Snatchh.

Kai Rooney is gay?

Even if he was the best young goalie in the world, I doubt he'd be able to get a work permit ... would be nice if he could break into the European market though.

Can Thai trialist Kawin Thamasatchan replace Van der Sar at - IMScouting

Manchester United granted a trial last week to Thai goalkeeper Kawin Thamasatchen, who says that he dreams of replacing his hero Edwin Van der Sar at Manchester United .

The 20-year-old has been recommended to Manchester United by Red Devils' legend Bryan Robson, who now coaches the Thailand national team. Thamasatchan has won seven international caps and Robson has been impressed enough to help him secure a trial at Old Trafford.

Robson told the Bankok Post, ''If I feel Thai players have got a chance of playing in Europe, there is no reason for me not to tell a few of my old mates at Manchester United . I've spoken to goalkeeping coach Eric Steele about Kawin,

''He is young but he definitely has the potential to develop into a top goalkeeper.''

As for Thamasatchen himself, he has said that he is not just excited at his opportunity, but wants to replace his goalkeeping hero, Edwin Van der Sar , who at 40-years-old is expected to retire at the end of the season.

Thamasatchen also spoke to the Bankok Post and said, ''I am looking forward to going to Manchester United . Van der Sar is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and he is one of my heroes,

''To one day replace him as Manchester United goalkeeper is my dream.''

The young keeper is certainly highly thought of in Thailand. He began his career at Raj Pracha but soon moved to Muang Thong United and helped them win the Thai Premier League at the first attempt following promotion.

Lots of people taking the piss about this, but it's very unfair. Robson has been watching him for many years, from what I've heard.

In fact, he love him long time.
