yeah, first you get the ball on the heel of your foot, push it up, twist and jump at the same time, the ball goes over you and you run to it and control, easy

I could do a version of that at school, although it used both feet.... only impressive bit is the getting it off the ground with one foot by kicking down... shouldn't take more than an hour's practice

I meant the first trick about 40 seconds in...unless that's what you meant but I don't see a twist in it.
