Anyone watched the UFC 59?

After watching the Fight Tito Ortiz Vs Forrest Griffin twice, I thought Forrest Griffin should of won that match.

Plus I thought it was an awesome fight.

Also Alovski losing to Tim Sylvia, wow that was unexpected.

I watch the UFC only in the early days, while Royce Grazie still take a part in the tournament. When my local TV station broadcasts Pride FC and K1, I never watched UFC anymore.

Of course it is better than wrestling, Pride FC and K1 is the same as UFC, a mixed martial-arts tournament, the difference is K1 is more to be a stand-up fighting while Pride FC has both stand-up and ground-fighting.

There was an event which fighters from K1 and Pride FC met together, and Royce Grazie were beaten at this event (I dont remember the name of the event though).

I can't but you are talking a while back now, have you ever watched any of the Frank Shamrock fights?

Not quite remember, but I ever watched Ken Shamrock in his early days at UFC. He has a fight club called Lion's Den if I didn't mistaken, and Frank is his brother me thinks.

They are both brother alright but Frank parted ways from his Ken, he has his own Dojo and fights in other comps that has nothing to do with Pride and UFC.

But I have to admit Frank is a very good fighter.
