Ro-Shaun Williams is captaining the side, with Angel Gomes and Indy Boonen also in the squad, but there is no Tahith Chong, as the in-form winger is still being treated carefully after his knee operation. Luca Ercolani and Aidan Barlow are unavailable and keeper Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui is still absent.
 
Do we know who else is in the squad? Would be good to see Traore, especially as he has been suspended domestically.

In the training pictures released by United on Twitter I can see: R. Williams, Kenyon, Boonen, Warren, Bohui, Burkhart, Hamilton, Gomes, B. Williams, Levitt, Mellor, O’Connor, Dunne, Ramazani and Fojticek.

Edit: But I’m assuming there is at least another keeper with the squad (Thompson/Carney), and other players like Laird, Tanner, Barrett, Sang, Garner, Galbraith and Baars is there as well.

Edit 2: Just checked the team roaster on the UEFA Youth League site, and Traore is not listed.

These lot haven't come to play football.
 
Is the pitch synthetic? Seems so. There's a reason for a player recently recovered from a knee injury doesn't feature.
 

Gotcha. I thought by your first post that there was some kind of technical reason like age or some other eligibility issue. My misunderstanding.

Not sure what we're gonna learn by twatting these mugs without trying very hard but at least we're winning. Our defence is a bit crap though.

You shouldn't judge young players too much because they're only learning but Warren looks nowhere near up to scratch.
