United face league leaders Tottenham on Saturday. We’re fighting for a spot in the top 16 which would mean advancing to the playoffs. Finishing inside the top 12 would also result in an invitation to the Premier League International Cup for the 2024/25 season.

1) Spurs 17 42
2) West Ham 19 42
3) Fulham 19 38

.
9) Wolves 19 30
10) Sunderland 18 28
11) Brighton 19 28
12) Forest 18 26
- - -
13) Blackburn 18 26
14) Palace 18 25
15) United 17 24
16) Southampton 18 24
- - -
17) Stoke 19 23
18) Aston Villa 18 22

Last two games after this one will be Forest (A) and Southampton (A). If I’ve counted correctly, as it stands four points from our remaining games would be enough for us to qualify for the playoffs.

Tough game. Strong Spurs side who are are also playing with just the 1 U18 (0 on the bench) compared to our 7 (4)

Tough end to the season - 3 away games, starting with top of the league away.

Very youthful side (hope none get injured ahead of Tuesday's PL Youth Cup Final v City). Will be interesting to see how Biancheri and Kamason look at this level - don't remember seeing them much with the U21's, mind you we don't get to see many U21 games.

McAllister loses the ball in a dangerous position. Spurs through on goal but a brilliant tackle from Kingdon saves us.

Very good experience for some of the younger boys this. They’ve got nowhere near the time on the ball they do down with the U18s.

We are struggling to keep the ball. This Tottenham team is all over us. The physical advantage they have is pretty obvious.

We equalize almost immediately. Good goal from Curley.

Biancheri's hold up play is remarkably good for someone of his size & age. That's come from him winning the flick against a much taller CB.

he has improved a lot over the last 6 months

2-1 Biancheri - wonderful cross from Williams I think. Biancheri sidefoots it home from 5-6 yards out

Nicely worked goal. Biancheri scores. I was just about to type that Williams has been quiet for a few games now and he does well there.

Great response by us.

I feel like Kamason has been good so far. Couple of poor crosses but constantly getting into some good attacking positions.

We are playing really well now - really close to connect to a couple of crosses

He was really shaky defensively in the first 10 minutes - he is much stronger going forward than he is defensively

Feels like ages since u21s team has played with rhythm.

Good to see the 18s bringing some chemistry up and for the team to show a good attitude after going down

A goal and an assist in his last two starts with the U21s.

Six goals and two assists in his last seven starts with the U18s.

Absolutely. Rather watch this even if we lost the last three games.

Hilarious how much has Scanlon looked better ever since his international call up. It's so much about confidence

This is a good Spurs-side - will be strong if we get something from this game

That experience of senior football probably helped too, made him more aware of how much he needs to physically adapt just for that level of senior football.

His last couple of games felt like a typical Rashford performance. Quiet all game and then pops up with a goal/assist. Maybe I'm just remembering wrong.

Perhaps you’re right. Just shows his ridiculous levels during the last year or so.

Biancheri with 2 good chances to score - misses both. Poor

Another good chance for Biancheri, another good save from the Spurs keeper.

Almost another goal for us. Scanlon does very well to win the ball and pick up biancheri whose shot is well saved.
