Starting XI: Johnstone. Massacci. Blackett. Thorpe. M. Keane. Ekangamene. Cole. Tunnicliffe. Lawrence. Morrison. Lingard

Subs: Giverin, Daehli

Interesting to see Daehli on the bench after supposedly impressing for the U16s. Is it being shown on MUTV?

Any streams? Purely for educational Purposes :nervous:

Still no sign of Keane or Cofie...? When are they meant to be back?

Morrison needs to be passing sooner, dwelt on the ball too often today, when there were goood passing options.

2-1 McGivern

Giverin!

Just caught the last 35 minutes or so, but it seemed like a lucky win from that. Impressed with Dæhli, Ravel is something else but a little cocky / arrogant when on the ball and slows play down a bit too much I'd say. I think he had four or five nutmegs that half hour I saw though, and everyone who's played football knows that a nutmeg is almost worth as much as a goal :D

What style of player is Daehli?

Luckily for us he's a mixture of Xavi and Messi.

Hard to tell what type of player he is from todays game tbh as it was a bit of a scrappy game. He doesn't mind putting in a bit of work and was quick to close down opposition players in possession. He's an intelligent lad and finds space and distributes the ball well. From that match I thought his dribbling style was a bit similar to the style that Larnell Cole has.

Deco is one of the people with better knowledge in here sure it was just a mistake!

Know what you mean about Morrison but he can do it and still keep play going. I ted to find that he brings players into moves when he shows off a skill or two.

Morrison was not at his best today tried too much, sometimes the simple and most obvious is the best. Dæhli was very good for debut but was starved of the ball early on even when he got into good positions.
