It’s obviously a conscious decision to play Biancheri down the left in recent weeks. Otherwise it would be worth moving him to no.9, Lusale to the left and Musa to the right.

That was an awful decision. I paused a replay… not even close.
The number of opposition goalies who take 30/40+ seconds on goal kicks is ridiculous. The one the other night took ages, this one isn’t far behind…

I'd say we were having plenty of chances before that as well though, we've just been very wasteful. That's continued, but since we took the lead with that OG there's been plenty of space to exploit. And Lusale has looked very lively exploiting it.

Our run of terrible finishing continues, so many chances to put the game to bed but good result with a makeshift team.

We were outplayed v City, but had we somehow drawn a third consecutive game that we should have won it would have been a worrying trend. As you say, important to get that win tonight.
Loved the 3-4 minutes leading to the 2nd goal. Relentless pressure - balls going into the box one after the another.
We should have scored more ( same against Liverpool and Newcastle). But this really is a goid side to watch
