Missing Fletcher up front I think, Everton playing much better early on and we've been resorting to long balls which aren't Wilson's Forte.

Howcome Everton have 4 players more in their squad?

1-0 United, Perreira Penalty. Poor penalty but it went in off the keeper, United are very lucky to be ahead.

Still don't see why Redmond starts over Mitchell. I don't see it with Redmond and even though Mitchell is only 16 I rate him very highly.

United playing much better stuff since the goal.

At under 18 level the managers are generally going to give everyone an opportunity to play some games. When the u-18 cup comes around we'll see the coaches first XI.

Everton's number 11 lays one on Wilson and almost gets into a fight with the wrong guy.. Janko, he's like a u-18s level TonyV- built like a tank.

Yeah I understand the managers rotate but Mitchell hasn't started a game for a while now. But we'll see later on.

Half time 1-0 to United, who just about edged it. Wilson is class, as are Goss and Pereira. Harrop was slightly less effective today. I like the look of Janko, very quick, strong and direct.

Ben Barber has been excellent again, hes having a very good season

Think we're doing alright against a classy side here. Moyes built a good academy at Everton. Loving Willock's defensive game, always seems to be where the action is.

Is Ryan Ledson playing today?

Supposedly Everton's biggest talent?

now he's booked for punching the ball into the ground after the referee called a foul when he took the ball, marginal call but he needs to control his temper better

Get in goss! Can't believe Harrop hit the bar, ah keeper saved it. Goss scores in injury time.
