Theo Richardson is an 18-year old keeper, who got released by Leeds a week ago. On a trial at United.

Just brilliant to have basically purchased the app for this purpose and the stream doesn’t work.

shocking defending. Number 5 (Dunne I think.) just letting his man run straight past him

20’ 1-0 Liverpool. Broke through our right side, an easy finish in front of the goal.

Sloppy in possession at the moment, although the pitch doesn’t look too good either. Not the greatest opening 30 minutes from United.

Lewis with a horror tackle on Boonen, sent off. Buffonge and Warren got booked for standing up for their team-mate in a little push-fest following the tackle.

HT 0-1. Not a good performance from us so far. Hamilton has been decent, once again, O’Connor as solid as ever. We’re still missing Kenyon on the left, as O’Connor (and Bohui) cuts inside every single time. Lacking width, especially on the left. Gomes hopefully comes in soon, need a bit of penetration in attack. Had most of the possession, but have created little.

Decent effort from Whelan. Buffonge and especially Gomes works well, Whelan with a dummy and a good left-footed shot that the keeper saves.

Another strong play from Gomes on the left, great pass to Hamilton who gets a shot in the box, good save by the Pool keeper.

Dearnley and Barlow on for Burkart and Buffonge. A quiet match from especially Burkart.

Apart from a couple of good passes, our last pass/end product has been poor tonight.

Good work by Boonen on the right, a nice shot from Barlow to the near corner. Still 10’mins to go.

OMG WHAT A GOAL. Barlow again 2-1!

edit - ran out of posts lol. Whelan conceding a stupid free kick has gifted them that goal FFS

Pressure mounting on in the Liverpool box, Barlow with a good chance to get his second.

FT 2-2. Story of the season to some extent. The opponents score from every chance whereas we could’ve scored a few more again. Disappointing result, the performance leaves a lot of room for improvement as well.

You've done a fantastic job there, really appreciate the updates.

7th league goal from Barlow made him our joint 2nd top goalscorer alongside Buffonge despite having only started 5 games.

Actually, it is his 9th. A hat-trick against Newcastle, 2 against Liverpool, 1 against WBA, Blackburn, Sunderland and Stoke.

Surprisingly no thread on him as yet. Has impressed me whenever I've seen him and seems to have the knack for creating chances out of nothing and has that bit of swagger about him. Potentially something special?

I'm certain he will tear the U18s league apart next season.
