How is this new guy Traore doing?
Was going to ask this. I know we recently signed him but didn't they say he'd been on trial at the club for a while? Must have faith in him if he's starting this game.

What I will say about him as I'm watching the game now, he's big, similar stature to Pogba. Looks more developed than the other lads on the pitch.

I can see where the lazy Pogba-comparison comes from, as he runs nearly identical to him (as well as being the tall, french guy). But from the little I've seen from him he's more of a Verratti-type of player.

Not watching the match but apparently we're outplaying them thoroughly.

Also who's this Mellor?

Would agree with this. Doesn't really get forward, stays back and dictates play but you'd be forgiven for thinking he's Pogba's younger brother.

Hopefully he can continue, Chong's been our best player so far, IMO.

1-2, football is a funny game. Still think we’ll win this though.

How we hasn’t scored yet from the left hand side is beyond me.

It's all about development but you can't really ignore the defence in this team, doesen't matter who plays.. they just can't defend. Everytime the opponent attacks it's trouble. So weird.

Funny match, United dominated early on and could easily have been 2-0, 3-0 up, then their Captain was rightly sent-off yet Liverpool were the better side for the 40+ minutes either side of half-time, and had 3 or 4 good chances in the last 15 minutes to wrap the game up as United left themselves exposed at the back chasing the game.

2-2 was probably a fair result considering they were a man down for 70+ minutes though United had most of the possession.

Chong looks better than he did before his injury, Ethan Laird continues to impress, and D'Mani Mellor who i'd always thought was a wide-man or fullback looked good as a target man, he's got a great first touch, Burkart will probably replace him on Wednesday if he's fit, but....
