I'm sure this has been discussed before, but have this summers U.S. tour tickets gone on sale yet, and if so, where??? How do I get some???

Does anyone know the areas around the stadiums in L.A., New Jersey, Philli and Seattle well enough to recommend good hotels to stay in??? I've never been to any of the last three, so I have no idea what cities are like. Also, what are the best seats in these stadiums to buy (and of course seats NOT to buy)???

If anyone has any good info, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Giants Stadium is in East Rutherford, NJ. Don´t know how far that is from Manhattan or how to get there but I reckon most Reds will get pissed at the Nevada Smith´s the night before.

There's coaches that run from Manhattan to the Meadowlands regular. There'll probably be buses running from Nevada's also
