Been hearing some rumours that United have offered eight professional contracts for next season and will also retain a number of players as third year scholars which is unusual for us.

We will also enter an U/19 team in competition.

I have no idea if that will be a local U/19 league but there are also rumours it could be to enter the NextGen Series which will be in its third year.

Another possibility could be the UEFA Youth League which is scheduled for next season.

So seems UEFA are serious about this and it will be interesting to watch developments over the next few months. With the Wiki article suggesting we will enter...this could be a really groundbreaking developmental opportunity for our young lads considering the scope of the group games being planned.
 
Yeah, got to be either of the 2. Probably the UEFA official one rather than Next Gen.

Are there any local u19 leagues anyway ?
 
All our best players are under 19 this will be fantastic.
