...should be Blanc, not Silvestre. Because Sylvester is a cat (and my hero, but that's another story) and Tweetie is a bird, two separate characters. But the voice for Tweetie (and Sylvester but that's academic) was that of Mel Blanc.

Just thought I'd mention it.

It might be now as Mel Blanc is dead, but there's an old record called "I Taut I Taw A Puddy Tat" and it's by Mel Blanc.
