Needs to be 1080P, be able to play Xbox360 games without any ghosting and needs to be at most 24inches. Any ideas?

Why would you need 1080p if it's "at most 24inches"...seriously you will be paying an extra premium for legit nothing at that size. The difference would probably be like 0.000001% even with the most expensive sub 24" 1080p TV.
Really? I thought you'd still be able to notice a difference between full HD and anything else regardless of the size?

I'm taking my xbox and a 42" to Uni.
Just spend it on loads of Abercrombie & Fitch clothes instead.

I'm not taking a 37inch tv up and down the country. Plus I doubt it would fit in my shoebox room.
Don't bother with a TV, you'll be forced to pay for another TV license.
A 24inch monitor will do the trick for 1080p on an xbox, and just download what you want to watch.
