Anybody got one of these? I bought one the other day. Fab purchase. 360 Degree surround sound and really helps when you are playing something like call of duty n some shithead is sneaking up on you and you know exactly where he is!

Though thats to say, i watched Rambo 3 last night on it n even when the scene where he steals the helicopter and it takes off, was unbelievable with the headset. Better purchase for late night gamers as all sound comes through headset n not the tv. Though with the built in mic u look like a copter pilot or something :s
 
The people who have microphones on and 'talk' (read: 'shout a load of nonsensical bollocks) whilst playing games online should be shot in the head.

Nick, shouting bollocks down a headset is the modern equivalent of having a fight down the pub.
 
Pissed me off no end on MW2, especially the spastic who have shit music playing through it. Then I found the option to turn microphone volume off. Happy days.

Ar yes, i could imagine if i didn't know how to turn the microphone volume off it would be quite irritating.

Music is extremely irritating. I just automatically mute anyone playing music.

I use a headset when raiding on World of Warcraft. Then again, the "raiding on World of Warcraft" alone part probably qualifies me to be removed from the gene pool.
 
P21s Biscuit. Think there only is one model for the ps3. They really are some job.

Aye theyre alright Nick when you have a bunch of mates having banter and locating enemies within a team. The mute button is effective when you get some pre pubescent 12 year old murdering some classic song or someone with feedback.

You dont get feedback with these either

I got mats for my Black Dragonmail set in their which my guild then allowed me to go raid ZG, where I got instant epics.

God WoW in 06/07 was the shizznit.
 
Ordered a pair of X11's, the cheapest ones. Anyone got a pair? Any good? They're the same as the X1's.
 
I brought the x12 headset from Tesco's (£35).

Brilliant is the only word I can describe for it. Takes the gaming experience to a whole new level.
 
I got rid of my X11's yesterday and got a pair for £30 when bought with anything else in store (usual price of £70) but the mic is on the right side instead of the left. It feels wrong.
 
Everyone should have seen that about 6 years ago. Oh well

I have the turtle beach earforce px21, and they are very nice.
