How can virus come in pictures?
Unless Windows is seriously borked, they can't. It's the virus checkers/spyware programs going nuts.

Nobody said it did, but these bits of security software are doing something odd. As I said, unless Windows allows code to be read and executed from a JPEG file, it's not possible. What these security programs might be doing is reporting that a trojan resides on that website, but it still seems a little daft, why not report a trojan when the actual trojan has been attempted to be loaded.

No I don't think so. I haven't had any either.
I've loaded the image up about 10 times as well. I'm still alive so its all good.
